We want you to love your purchase! However, if something isn’t right, please read our refund and returns policy below.

Refund Policy - the basics

1. Eligibility for Refunds or Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK), you have the right to request a return for certain goods within 14 days of receiving your order.

You may return items if they are:

  • Faulty, damaged, or not as described

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Requested within 14 days of delivery

 

2. Items Not Eligible for Refund

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on:

  • Custom or personalised items (e.g. name keychains, bespoke designs)

  • Earrings or pierced jewellery (for hygiene reasons)

  • Beauty or skincare products that have been opened or used

  • Items returned after the 14-day window

 

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at admin@mel-empowerment.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

  2. Include your order number and photos if the item is faulty.

  3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is in acceptable condition:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty

 

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at admin@mel-empowerment.com

 

6. Lost or Unclaimed Deliveries

If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or incorrect address, we may ask you to cover the cost of re-shipping.
